Are You Training AWAY From Your Goal?

The time outside of our actual sport and fitness training, is still training time. Our body makes changes based on repetitions over time, that goes for good or bad changes. What we do in the hours that are not dedicated practice or workouts is also programming into our body function and influencing how we recovery or make gains from our training time or not.

How do I spend most of my non-sport-training hours? 


For the student-athlete, this is a lot of seated time, either in school or homework time, and this time also trains into the body. What is your most common position(s)? for how long? 


For the full-time athlete, how much reading time, mobile device time, other screen-time or travel time or desk time is common?
