The time outside of our actual sport and fitness training, is still training time. Our body makes changes based on repetitions over time, that goes for good or bad changes. What we do in the hours that are not dedicated practice or workouts is also programming into our body function and influencing how we recovery or make gains from our training time or not.
How do I spend most of my non-sport-training hours?
